Clean ingredients only mean something if you actually chase them down. So we do.

the approach

We'd rather buy fewer things and buy them well. Real honey, real nuts, real fruit, and a yogurt base we're proud of. When something isn't good enough, it doesn't make the bar.

why it's harder, and worth it

Sourcing this way takes more calls and more no's. It also means seasonal gaps. If the figs aren't good this week, they're off the menu until they are.

we'd rather run out of something real than fake it.
